oh what fun

it's been an exciting school year for The Girl and for US as well.

From play dates to camping trips
swim lessons to Adventure City

From long days at play to evening meetings
We've had such a fun time

parties and pinatas, oh my

I can't believe The Girl will be a kindergartner soon.
She's growing up so fast.
Time is going by so quickly.

I must remember to go slower
to be more.

It's tough with two active kids
active social schedules
active family and friends ~ and a large number too ~ whom we try to spend time with

My once shy girl is more confident
she is able to stand up for herself
she is a wonderful friend and a great soul to be near
she embodies the spirit of friendship and fun play
she includes
she welcomes
she is non-judgemental

if only i can be like The Girl

She welcomes each moment
She relishes in her accomplishments
and is proud for friends' who reach accomplishments as well
She's a gem

She can fly solo
or with a group
She knows what she wants
and is strong enough to ask for help.

Even Little Man's been coming to school with us and joining us on field trips

She can swing on her own ~ the higher the better for her
