Good Times

We had dinner tonight with friends from The Girl's school. Since preschool graduation is just around the corner, her grandparents were in town to celebrate. We had a lovely dinner (and Little Man sat through most of it entertaining us).

After dinner, we hung out at a local coffee shot (i needed my coffee fix) and let the kids play in the play area.

Sometimes they're each in their own worlds, just co-existing and other times, they are very meshed in each other's lives. inseparable.

The Girl had her graduate circle yesterday, here are the pics:
(it was a game of duck, duck, goose)

As you can see, even Little Man had a grand time!

Earlier this afternoon, the kids painted a couple pieces for the grad ceremony while some of the moms mounted the mosaic on the wall. (i obviously documented, I'm not much of the big tools type)

In the spirit of secrecy, I'll post the mosaic pics after the unveiling on Friday. It's supposed to be a big deal and i should respect that. Even thought it looks amazing and I'm itching to post it. I'll just wait.

Tomorrow is the last day of school before graduation. ~ sniff..tear...

It'll be sad to leave such a safe place. We'll still be there for The Boy starts in the fall but I'll miss seeing The Girl there. She's had such a great time. She's made great friends. She's been so welcomed and loved. Luckily I plan to keep in touch with many of the families. We've made such great bonds in such a short amount of time. It's just priceless.
